Finally..

Still in Seoul. I finally have something to blog about.

Autumn is holding the city in a cold embrace.. A relief to someone who has long been stuck in the forever scorched, sometimes drowned, eternally polluted Manila.

(I was going to write, "Like other cities where the temperature drops below 20 degrees…" but then I remembered Baguio so I changed my mind.)

I must have walked several kilometers this afternoon. I was out on the street looking for Kyobo Book Center, which I easily found, thanks to the map I got in the hotel. I bought eight or nine books, some of which are going to be in my friends’ bookshelves soon.. lucky bastards :) I’ll have to write off my plans of getting a one-g flash drive (to those who are getting books, you owe me big time :P).

I walked a bit more, intending to go back to Insadong, the antique center which sort of reminds me of CubaoX. It has rows and rows of art galleries and I just learned this morning about an on-going photo exhibit, which I wanted to check out.

I was walking along the underpass towards Insadong when I came across another bookstore.. Bundi-something.. and I got myself two other books! My feet are tired, my back is aching, but I’m happy with my acquisitions anyway.

(I gotta split.. but just a quickie.. I got lost going to Insadong nyehehehe!)
